Made using natural lactic cultures from Italy. Available in a number of varieties.
Al Forno: Made in the same style as our Fior di Latte, formulated to melt at a higher heat in coal or wood-fire ovens.
Pizzarella: A fresh mozzarella that will work best in a lower temperature electric oven, where heat radiates from the bottom.
Buffarella: A 50/50 blend of buffalo and cow's milk that create a buffalo mozzarella perfect for wood-fire pizza.
