Smoked Burrata and Mushroom Flatbread
Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients

1 package Brooklyn Bred pizza or flatbread

1 package Calabro Smoked Burrata

1 package dried porcini mushrooms

Olive Oil and Parsley for drizzle

Bourbon Whiskey optional for mushrooms

Directions

This is an easy appetizer that combines the flavors of the Smoked Burrata and Porcini Mushrooms.  We used Brooklyn Bred Pizza shell or flatbread.  Bake the Brooklyn Bred halfway, following the directions on the package, with olive oil and salt. It will finish cooking when the mushrooms and cheese are added.

After soaking dried Porcini Mushrooms (follow package directions), roast them in the oven for 15 minutes or until tender. We added salt, olive oil, and a shot of Bourbon whiskey to the sheet pan while they were roasting.

When the mushrooms are cooked, put on top of pizza or flatbread.  Cut the burrata into four chunks and add on top of mushrooms. Cook five minutes at 400 to get the cheese bubbly.

Add parsley and more oil (if need be) at the end before serving.
