Our hand made Burrata of Bufala is made every day from fresh bufala milk. This artisan ball is stretched into a delicate veiled shell and filled with stracciatella (hand pulled strands of bufala mozzarella”.) and sweet bufala cream. It is tied with a string to embody this ambrosial delicacy.
Burrata di Bufala can be enjoyed all on its own with a drizzle of olive oil, or scooped onto your favorite crusty bread. It can also be used in salads, on top of pizza, or can be added to your favorite pasta dish. A classic recipe is caprese, simply add tomatoes, basil and olive oil.
