Ingredients
  • 1 package of Calabro Burrata
  • French Bread
  • Prosciutto 
  • 1 package of Arugula 
  • 1 Cherry Tomato pint 
  • Pesto 
  • Cooked Asparagus and or String Beans (optional)
Directions

We have an easy way to make an elegant platter that will impress any guest!

Start by arranging washed and dried Arugula on an Oval platter. Then Add cut French Bread on sides  along edges (in the picture we tore the bread for drama).  

Add cooked Beans or Asparagus on opposite ends of platter then put in prosciutto.  Add Burrata, then tomatoes. Drizzle with Pesto sauce. Serve!
