  • 3- 4 oz balls of Calabro burrata

  • 6 slices prosciutto di Parma torn into large chunks

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 8 - 12 fresh basil leaves

  • 2- Fresh peaches cut into ⅙ths

  • ground black pepper to taste


Place the three pieces of burrata on a plate. Surround with prosciutto, peach slices, and basil. Drizzle honey over everything, and top with freshly cracked black pepper.
