The 2018 American Cheese Society Competition was held this past weekend in Pittsburgh, PA. Almost two thousand cheese and cultured dairy products were submitted from 259 companies across 35 U.S. states, 5 Canadian provinces, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil—showing off the breadth of our industry’s innovation.
